Sahiwal educational trust (S.E.T.) Sahiwal is a registered body under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the affairs of the Trust are being run through a Board of Governors. The S.E.T. intends to execute various development works at all schools being run by the trust.

Sealed tenders for the following works from the Contractors / Firms duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (valid upto date) under enforced limit of respective category of work and enlisted with the Provincial Buildings Department (Punjab) for the year 2022-23.

Special Conditions:

  1. The bid shall comprise a single package with only the name of work, containing in two separate envelops, the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.
  2. Initially on the envelop marked with Technical Proposal shall be opened and evaluated in the manner prescribed at (iii) below. Then the Financial Proposal of the technically responsive and accepted firms / contractors shall be opened.

  4. The lowest evaluated bid fulfilling the above mentioned criteria shall be awarded the contract. All the quoted rates should be inclusive of government taxes whichever are applicable. Withholding Tax will be deducted at source at the time of payment. PST at prescribed rates by the PRA will be added / deducted at total cost of the work and the contractor / bidder shall offer rates without adding PST in item rate. Withholding Tax will be applicable on total amount inclusive of PST etc.
